History
The agricultural holding Puress.oil was founded in 2010 by chemical and biological laboratory technician and herbalist Martina Malalan. It was born out of love for indigenous aromatic plants, which have countless precious therapeutic properties. They have always been used as medicines and, most importantly, as ingredients in the local cuisine to satisfy all the senses with their distinctive flavours, scents and aromas.

The mission of the PURESS.OIL company is to bring back into use and improve fields and gardens that have been abandoned for decades by promoting innovative production methods. Our company is the first agricultural holding marketing herbal products on the Karst plateau surrounding the town of Trieste, an area rich in natural resources with deep-rooted values related to the land, culture and traditions.
Our aim is to revive ancient traditions and develop an innovative line of unique and high-quality products. Not only do these values influence our company's vision, but they also have an impact on its philosophy and work ethics. In fact, we operate fully respecting nature.
